378. Evan Money Part 2, Prefab, instead of Rehab, Make a Movie, In the Shower!

Happily Married, #1 Bestselling Author, Global Entrepreneur and Founder of the Marriage of Greatness movement.

“Many men can make a fortune, very few can build a family.”

It’s all about taking ACTION!

Quote#1

So when you got a V H S camcorder, that’s our little tool to film shorts and there’s no video editing like nowadays, right? You can do it on your phone. You got all, I mean, just the whole, you and I understand what it used to take to create content.

Quote#2

There’s gotta be a way to do this. And so I stood up and said, I’m gonna make a documentary and the next day in the shower, and here’s a lesson for the people in the shower. If you ever notice, uh, most people get great ideas in the shower. Yes, probably cuz their phone’s not in there with them. Yeah. Uh, hint And most people sadly leave their great ideas in the shower.

Quote#3

And so God gave me the vision, words of art. So I’m like, okay, let’s look at words as an art form. And so that’s where I started and I made an intention, got up off the couch and wouldn’t you know, James, the next weekend I’m at an event. And it’s one of these personal growth events. They got, you know, big names on the stage and then they have the sponsor, you know, ally, right, where everyone’s got their booths.

Prehab instead of Rehab!

Body Dysmorphia, and how Evan recognizes it and deals with it.

Course correcting is how our journey in life goes.

“My bride and I both come from normal dysfunctional families, raise your hand if you can relate” : )

When we first got married our starry eyed quest was to live happily ever after and bring each others dreams to life. The challenge was, we had no money, like an old cell phone battery we were always in the red. My bride had a low paying high stress job and I had a struggling business. We drove junky cars and lived in a postage stamp sized rental house. On top of that, I had major sexual baggage from a dark past that I’m still unpacking today. In-spite of all this we decided to have faith and dream big, we set a goal to get remarried in a different state or country every year.

With lot’s of prayer, action and creativity, we have been married over 20 times and yes we have had more than 20 honeymoons! Our story has been featured in media outlets around the world, but this is just the beginning of our story…

More Cool Evan Money Quotes:

“The grass is always greener where you water it”

“Ok, so if you want to make a personal growth documentary, here is the guy”

“Why is this taking so long, that’s what every film maker says about every film project”

377. Wanda Howard, Taking Back The Family To Where God Created Them To Be!

Wanda Howard is a parenting coach for those who love the abundance that God creates through the vehicle of business and how scaling as an entrepreneur brings great fulfillment in their life and they want to know how to bring that same feeling of purpose-driven success as a parent so that their kids can be emotionally healthy and confidently driven in their own life.

Quote#1

I believe that God did not send. Kids to us to say, okay, now you are the adult that should know all the answers and know exactly everything that they need. I think that he handpicked these amazing spirits for us because he knew that they had value.

Quote #2

I didn’t want my kids to feel that way. I didn’t want them to feel like they couldn’t make a decision without me. I wanted them to know, like how to use their very capable, uh, deduction, reasoning, brain like intelligence and make their own decisions. And if they make a wrong one, then they’re just better educated and that’s not a crime.

Quote#3

I predominantly do one-on-one coaching with parents, but I love to get to know their kids as well. So I love it when their kids have questions and to help them, and that’s lots of fun too.

Quote #1

So in 2014, one of my members said, oh, trade shows stink. I’m never gonna do another one.

And I said, well, maybe it’s not the trade shows. Maybe you just stink at doing ’em. And let, let’s figure it out.

Quote #2

On the Metaverse:

So within 10 minutes, it feels real.  Once you’re past the wow effect, it feels real.

Yeah, you forget that you’re in the metaverse and all of a sudden you’re talking to people live and it becomes like a real thing

Quote #3

I think the answer is that I did the work. Yeah, I learned. You know, and maybe because I was moving, I wasn’t distracted by a lot of outside stuff.

There wasn’t a lot more for me to do, and I got immersed in this stuff. If it wasn’t for the pandemic, none of this would’ve happened.

375. Kay Suthar, Make Your Mark Podcast Turned Agency, Sharing Knowledge For Her Clients

Kay Suthar had many ups and downs when she first started, and has gained a deeper understanding of the podcasting world. While she definitely enjoyed podcasting, she noticed that there was an underlying issue in the podcasting community: the editing.

Most podcasters were either overpaying for editing or were spending hours editing their shows themselves.

As a fellow podcaster, she created a solution meant for all podcasters. Make Your Mark (Podcast) Agency prides itself on customer service while going above and beyond what you’ll find anywhere else by including audio editing, video editing, podcast publishing, show notes, and captioned videos in our all-in-one packages.

The Make Your Mark Podcast

Kay helps entrepreneurs turn their podcasts into profitable businesses. Giving them the tools the need to build your authority,
visibility and brand on a global scale without the headache of producing your own show.

Quote #1
You gotta keep promoting yourself. You still gotta put yourself out there. You don’t stop just because there’s a pandemic.

Quote #2
And so I thought, well, let me tell people what I do and let me use this whole podcasting thing that everybody’s going on about, right? So I was like, okay, let me just get myself on a few podcasts and nobody would actually even reply to me.

Quote #3
I was there to kind of promote myself, and all I did was when people asked for certain things, I then gave them, because I was like, the market is already telling me what they want.
