“When I found out that I could use my breathing to help combat a chronic cough, I was amazed!

Why hadn’t I been told that!?

I remember being in situations just as calm cool and collected. When all of a sudden I’m in a stressful moment or confrontational moment where I am expected to be the calm one. The coughing would kick in and It would take while to calm down.

As a leader, it would be embarrassing. It made me feel like I looked weak or intimidated. I was neither of those.

I would see the looks I would get. In my head I would be thinking there has got to be a way to get control of this.

It took awhile, but I am so grateful to have found out about all the benefits of activating the lymphatic system.

As a Lymphologist, I have learned how to make my breathing work for my good. I have found that you can store up calmness with your breathing.

External stresses can affect your internal health.

I am here to help women entrepreneurs and leaders 40+ understand the importance of activating your lymphatic system for better health and a more vibrant life!

DM me, if you want to know more about making your breathing work for you, for your health and peace sake”

Let’s talk

401. Craig Andrews, Helping high-ticket B2B service businesses close MORE deals FASTER at HIGHER PRICES!

Craig Andrews is the founder and Principal Ally at allies4me. He’s been in the marketing space for more than two decades and has driven over a half-billion dollars of revenue. He’s spoken on dozens of podcast as well as conferences including Conversion Conference.

Helping high-ticket B2B service businesses close MORE deals FASTER at HIGHER PRICES using First-Time Offers that will break your cash register. 🎙

The Leaders & Legacies Podcast celebrates leaders who are making a difference beyond themselves. It was inspired from events in 2021 when the host, Craig Andrews went into a 6-week coma. Even after waking up, his brain was scrambled for another two weeks. When his mind cleared, his wife started telling him how his team stepped up and ran the company without him. Freelancers reached out to his team and offered to do whatever was necessary while he was in the hospital. Craig believes we all make an impact greater than we realize and wants to honor owners and founders as they lead others.

Quote #1

We go into these cold relationships and we try to close them on a high ticket sale. The other option is we go in and we spend six months or a year taking them out to dinner, you know, running up the expense report in the hopes that eventually they trust us enough with that, that money.

And what we found is. If you do this little coffee date concept, this first time offer, you can build a ton of trust in a short period of time and shorten that high ticket sales cycle.

Quote #2

When somebody comes in, we get on a call and we, we spend about 30 minutes asking them questions, to figure out a number of things. One, do they have a problem we can solve? And I’m talking about first time offer for our business and at the end of that, there’s questions if, if we believe we can actually help them solve a problem, we give them a short presentation and then at the end of the presentation, we make our first time offer, which has five deliverables.

Quote #3

If you want to torture me, put me in a room full of indecisiveness. And so as a part of our process, when we make the first time offer, we, we just tell them, you know, look, one of our core values is decisiveness.

And we know this is an insanely good offer that if you put it in front of a qualified buyer, their answer should be yes. If they have to think about it, they will be a bad fit for us. And so, um, That’s so for us, you know, we get on a call and by the end, uh, at the end of one hour, they’re either a customer or they’re not now they’re, they’re a customer at 500, which, you know, we don’t make money.

400. Megan Ann Rasmussen, “Blazes The Artistic Trail With Vision And Passion” Theater Never Had It So Good!

For 20+ years, Megan Ann Rasmussen has served as an Award-Winning Producer, Director, and Educator, impacting multigenerational audiences.

As President of MAR Productions, she is committed to creating theatre that uplifts and strengthens each of us, building engaged communities.

As a Producer she brought FREE PLAY: Open Source Scripts Towards an Antiracist Tomorrow to The TheaterMakers Studio’s Reading Series. Additionally, Megan Ann is developing Heaven Come Home by award-winning TheaterMakers Studio Member Justin Payne, features the moving “One More Day,” a musical number where families and their deceased loved ones yearn for one more day to be together.  Composer and lyricist Justin Payne says of Megan Ann’s contributions to the production, “To have Megan Ann produce this show has been monumental!”

Megan Ann is Co-Producer of Joy: The Musical, a new Broadway show with Tony award-winning producer, Ken Davenport. She is also involved with A Beautiful Noise; The Neil Diamond Musical, The Griswold’s Broadway VacationKinky Boots (Off Broadway), and is Lead Producer for Spells of the Sea (Regional.)

Her passion for producing began at an early age as she sat glued to the television watching Julie Andrews in The Sound of Music. She was enthralled with the singing, choreography and the magic of what music and theater could be. As the bossy oldest child of 8, she took charge and produced elaborate set designs with cardboard boxes and index cards, and costumes she could find in the cast-off dress-ups. The seeds of a panache for producing were planted.

Colleagues consider her “… in a class of her own,” and “a true find.” They’ve also said that “…whatever she does, she does it with heart and moxy,” as she “…blazes the artistic trail.”

Quote #1

James I really believe that theater is best enjoyed with a young person on one side and a grandparent on the other Yeah, this intergenerational experience is something that as families, we don’t get enough of it, when you talk about the show before we go to the show, the anticipation of what it’s going to be like, and then sometimes I’m talking in the show, like, did you see that?

Quote #2

We’ve had some great strategic partners. Um, I have a great co producer and Dr. Megan Alritz from the University of Texas at Austin. She helped orchestrate, there’s no one path James, for how to get a show to Broadway, right? But, each path I think is interesting and pertinent or key to this project.

So we did a development workshop called at Pegasus Play Lab, the University of Central Florida. Cool, right? UCF. Great people there. Julia, and we got it on its feet. And then, like, maybe like song writing, I don’t know. I’d love to hear your experience. But after we got it on its feet, we did, we went back to do the rewrites.

Quote #3

I love the people. I love the work, but I think we all owe it to our psyche and our creativity. To make sure we have time to refill that. Yeah. I actually just did a podcast on this about…….I call it the critical in between, which is this time between big developmental steps. The time where you have to check in and say, how’s the show?

How are my fellow humans? But also how am I, and you can’t pull from a well that’s not full. So there’s a couple of things that I do. I. Um, I like to read, I’m a big, um, personal improvement junkie, um, I, there’s a lots of folks that I like to listen to that fill my head, right? Let’s, maybe if we went through the chakras, right, like it fills my head, right?

He is known for his ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver actionable insights that empower individuals to take their communication skills to the next level.

Quote #1

Where in many cases it makes them a worse trainer or speaker because they just give all of this data and overwhelm their audience. So, to answer your question, I would be working with trainers, working with people that have complex information. That need to be able to, disseminate that or to share that with an audience so they can understand it.

Quote#2

When I was a kid growing up on Long Island, New York,  I met folks that I graduated high school with. And many of them said, I didn’t even know you could talk because I was just a shy kid. For me, if I was able to find a cave and live in that cave for the rest of my life at that time, I would have been very happy.

However, higher powers had other, things on their mind for me in my life. But growing up as a kid, I was always fascinated with radio broadcasting, but I never knew how I was going to get into it. But I ended up in radio broadcasting. I ended up as a trainer while I was in the military.

Quote #3

Knowing the audience and being able to speak to that audience and making your content relevant to your audience is number one. Number two is to incorporate stories. Many times people will be just giving data, all this data that they’re just vomiting to their, to their audience. Tell us some stories.

Give us some. Because we, as an audience, we wanna, we want to get those pictures with words in our head. We want to be emotionally connected to that content. So, know your audience, tell stories, and number three that gets missed all the time is to have a conclusion. People will get to the end of their presentation and say, Alright, that’s it, I’m outta here.
